Beta Software

Atomic is beta software. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or change without notice. You should not rely on this tool as your sole source of guidance for content optimization or SEO strategy.

No Guarantees

Analysis results are generated algorithmically based on publicly available research into AI citation patterns. We make no guarantees that the scores, recommendations, or AI-generated rewrites will improve your content's visibility in any AI system. Results may vary, may be inaccurate, and should be treated as informational suggestions only.

The tool may not work correctly for all URLs, content types, or languages. Some pages may fail to load, produce incomplete results, or return errors. This is expected behavior for beta software.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chris Labatt-Simon, Fair Winds Strategies, and any contributors to Atomic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of this tool, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, traffic, or search visibility
• Decisions made based on analysis results or AI-generated rewrites
• Service interruptions, data loss, or errors in analysis
• Any actions taken by third-party AI providers when using the rewrite feature

You use Atomic entirely at your own risk.

Pricing

Atomic is currently offered free of charge. This may change in the future. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, usage limits, or subscription plans at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Atomic only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use as a content analysis tool. The following are prohibited:

• Submitting URLs to content you do not own or have permission to analyze
• Automated or scripted submissions (bots, scrapers, bulk requests)
• Attempting to overload, disrupt, or exploit the service
• Using the tool to analyze illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Circumventing rate limits or access controls

We reserve the right to block, throttle, or permanently ban any user or IP address that we believe is using the service inappropriately, abusively, or in violation of these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Third-Party Services

The AI rewriting feature relies on third-party services (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). Your use of those services through Atomic is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party service.

Intellectual Property

The Atomic tool, its design, and its scoring methodology are the property of Chris Labatt-Simon and Fair Winds Strategies. The underlying research data is credited to Daniel Shashko and is used in accordance with its published license.

Content you submit for analysis remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any URLs or content you analyze.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of Atomic after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
